Quick Answer
How do you send a bulk email in BizStackPro?
Open Contacts or a Smart List, select the intended contacts, and choose Send Email from the bulk actions menu. Compose a new message or select a template, add personalization or attachments when available, choose immediate, scheduled, or Drip Mode delivery, and confirm the request.
When to Use Bulk Email
Bulk email is useful when you need to send one message to several contacts without building a full campaign or workflow.
It works well for one-time announcements, invitations, policy updates, new resources, product notices, or other messages that do not require multiple follow-ups or branching automation.
When a message requires several steps, conditions, delays, or ongoing follow-up, a campaign or workflow is usually more appropriate.
Use bulk email for one-time communication
Bulk email helps you avoid building unnecessary automation for a message that only needs to be sent once.

Step 1: Select the Contacts
Choose the contacts who should receive the one-time email.
Open Contacts or a Smart List
Open Contacts or select the Smart List containing the intended recipients.
Select Individual Contacts
Select the checkbox beside each contact when only specific records should receive the email.
Select the Current Page
Use the checkbox at the top of the contact table to select every contact displayed on the current page.
Select the Full Database When Needed
When the email should go to every contact, use the additional link that appears after selecting the current page, commonly labeled Select all in company.
Review the Recipient Count
Confirm the number of selected contacts before opening the bulk actions menu.
Current-page and full-database selections are different
The top checkbox may select only the contacts shown on the current page. Use the full-database option only when every contact should receive the email.
Test with a small batch
Start with approximately 10–25 contacts when you need to confirm the message, formatting, links, or delivery behavior.

Open the Send Email action and prepare the message for the selected contacts.
Open the Bulk Actions Menu

Write a New Email or Select a Template

Add Attachments

Review the Email
Check the subject, message, personalization, links, attachments, and formatting before choosing the delivery method.
Templates can save time
Use an existing template when the message follows a standard format, but review the content before sending to make sure it still matches the selected audience.

Send Now
Begin processing the bulk email after the request is confirmed.

Drip Mode
Send the email in smaller batches over time instead of processing the full selection at once.

Use Drip Mode for larger sends
Drip Mode can help pace delivery by sending to a set number of contacts at a chosen interval until the full contact selection has received the email.

Configure the Timing
Enter the scheduled date and time or configure the Drip Mode batch size and interval.
