Quick Answer
How do you create and use SMS and email templates in BizStackPro?
Go to Marketing → Snippets, click Add Snippet, choose SMS or Email, create the message, preview it, and save. You can then reuse the saved snippet inside workflows, Conversations, and supported bulk SMS or email actions.
What Templates and Snippets Do
Rewriting the same messages repeatedly can slow down routine communication and make wording less consistent.
In BizStackPro, Snippets are reusable message templates for SMS and email.
Instead of rebuilding the same message each time, you can create the core message once and reuse it wherever supported.
Saved snippets can be used in workflows, individual conversations, and bulk contact actions.
Create once and reuse
A well-named snippet gives you a reusable starting point while still allowing you to make edits when a particular message needs additional personalization.
