Quick Answer
What are Snippets in BizStackPro Conversations?
Snippets are saved message templates you can reuse inside Conversations. Open Conversations → Snippets to create Email or SMS snippets, organize them into optional folders, search and filter the library, then insert a saved message into the conversation composer and edit it before sending when needed.
What Snippets Do
Rewriting the same responses repeatedly can slow down everyday communication and make it harder to keep messaging consistent.
Snippets let you save common responses and insert them directly into the Conversations composer.
They can be useful for FAQs, follow-ups, payment links, onboarding instructions, sales responses, support answers, and other messages you send regularly.
You can organize snippets into folders, search the library, filter by Email or SMS, and still edit the inserted text before sending when a conversation needs personalization.
Folders are optional
You do not have to organize snippets into folders. If a single list works better for your workflow, you can rely on search and type filters instead.

Before You Begin
Decide which repeated messages are worth saving before building a large snippet library.
- Identify responses you send repeatedly.
- Decide whether each saved message belongs in Email or SMS format.
