What Are Snippets?

Snippets are saved message templates you can insert directly into the Conversations composer. They’re perfect for FAQs, follow-ups, payment links, onboarding steps, and anything you send repeatedly.

Key Features

• Folders (optional): Organize snippets by purpose (Support, Sales, Onboarding, etc.).
• Search: Find snippets by name or folder using the built-in search bar.
• Type filters: Filter snippets by Email or SMS format.
• Quick insert: Drop a snippet into the composer, then edit before sending if needed.

How to Access Snippets

1. Open Conversations in your BizStackPro dashboard.
2. Click Snippets (inside the Conversations area).
3. From here, you can create folders, add snippets, and manage your library.

Create Folders and Snippets

1. Click Add Folder to create a folder (optional).
2. Click Add Snippet to create a new snippet.
3. Select the type: Email or SMS.
4. Save your snippet so it’s available inside the Conversations composer.

Move Snippets into Folders

If you decide to organize later, you can move existing snippets anytime:

1. Select one or more snippets.
2. Choose Move to Folder.
3. Select the destination folder and confirm.

Search and Filter Snippets

• Use the search bar to find snippets by name (and often by folder name).
• Use the Email/SMS filter to narrow down results.
• Use the options menu (⋮) to edit, duplicate, or delete snippets.

Send a Snippet from Conversations

1. Open a conversation with a contact.
2. In the composer, choose a snippet and click to insert it.
3. Edit the text if needed, then send.

This keeps replies fast while still letting you personalize messages when the situation calls for it.
