Quick Answer
What can you manage from the Calendar Connections tab?
The Calendar Connections tab is used to connect Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendars, manage conflict checking, generate meeting links through supported video platforms, enable Google Organic Booking, connect eligible Local Services Ads accounts, control synced-event privacy, and reconnect integrations when authorization stops working.
Overview of the Calendar Connections Tab
The Connections tab controls how external calendars, meeting tools, and supported Google services work with BizStackPro scheduling.
These connections are important when you want BizStackPro to check existing appointments before offering a time, create virtual meeting links automatically, or make your booking options available through supported Google services.
An incorrect or expired connection can cause unavailable times to appear open, prevent meeting links from being generated, stop appointments from syncing, or interrupt an external booking integration.
Calendar connections are especially useful for Round Robin, Service, Class, and Collective Calendars, although the available settings and supported features may vary by calendar type.
Connections affect more than calendar display
A connected calendar may be used to receive new appointments, check for scheduling conflicts, generate meeting links, or support external booking services. Review each connection’s purpose before changing it.

Connect an External Calendar
Connect Google, Outlook, or iCloud so BizStackPro can synchronize appointments and review external availability.
Open Calendar Settings
From the BizStackPro dashboard, go to Calendars → Calendar Settings.
Open the Connections Tab
Select Connections from Calendar Settings.
Open Calendars
Choose the Calendars connection area.
Select the Calendar Provider
Choose Google, Outlook, or iCloud based on the account you want to connect.
Sign In to the External Account
Use the correct external account and approve the requested permissions.
Select the Calendar Used for New Appointments
Choose which connected calendar should receive appointments created through BizStackPro.
Select Calendars Used for Conflict Checking
Choose the calendars BizStackPro should check before offering appointment times.
Save and Test the Connection
Save the connection and create a test appointment to confirm that it appears on the intended external calendar.
Conflict calendars help prevent overlapping appointments
Select every external calendar containing events that should block availability. A calendar that is not included in conflict checking may not prevent a new appointment from being booked at the same time.
Connect Video Conferencing
Connect a supported meeting platform when appointment links should be generated automatically.
Open Video Conferencing
From the Connections tab, open the Video Conferencing area.
Select the Meeting Provider
Choose the supported provider you want to use, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Sign In and Authorize Access
Sign in to the correct meeting-platform account and approve the connection.
Select the Meeting Location in the Calendar
Open the relevant calendar and choose the connected video platform as the meeting location when supported.
Complete a Test Booking
Schedule a test appointment and confirm that the meeting link is created and included in the appointment details and notifications.
Test both the calendar event and the client notification
A successful connection should create the expected meeting information and make it available to the people who need it.
Private Mode for Synced Events
Private Mode limits who can view the details of events synchronized from an external calendar.
When Private Mode is enabled, only the user who connected the Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar can view the synced event details. Other users may still see that the time is unavailable without seeing sensitive or personal event information.
My Profile
Use the user-specific calendar connection settings when the privacy preference belongs to an individual team member.
Calendar Settings → Connections
Use the Calendar Settings connection area to review the calendar-level connection controls.
Private Mode protects event details, not availability
The connected event can still block the affected time even when its title, description, or other details are hidden from other users.
Google Organic Booking
Google Organic Booking allows customers to book an appointment directly from a supported Google Business Profile.
This can create a shorter path between finding the business in Google and scheduling an appointment.
Open Google Organic Booking
From the Calendar Connections tab, open the Google Organic Booking area.
Review the Business Information
Confirm that the connected business details and Google Business Profile information are correct.
Select the Appropriate Calendar
Choose the calendar that should receive appointments from the Google booking option.
Enable the Connection
Complete the available setup steps and enable Google Organic Booking.
Allow Time for Google to Update
According to the original guide, changes may take 24–48 hours to appear on the Google Business Profile.
Test the Google Booking Option
After the update appears, complete a test booking and confirm that the appointment reaches the correct BizStackPro calendar.
Local Services Ads Integration
The Local Services Ads connection allows eligible businesses to receive Google leads through supported calls and messages.
According to the original guide, this integration is available to eligible U.S. businesses in the following categories:
- Home Services
- Legal
- Real Estate
Confirm Eligibility
Verify that the business category and location are supported for the Local Services Ads integration.
Review the LSA Account
Confirm that the Local Services Ads account is active and uses the correct business information.
Match the Business Name and Address
Make sure the business name and address in BizStackPro match the information in the Local Services Ads account.
Connect the Account
Use the Local Services Ads connection area to authorize the eligible account.
Test Lead Delivery
Confirm that supported calls or messages are reaching the intended business workflow.
Business details must match
A difference in the business name, address, or account information can prevent the Local Services Ads connection from working correctly.
Reconnect an Integration
Use Reconnect when calendar synchronization or meeting-link generation stops working because authorization has expired or access has been interrupted.
Open the Affected Connection
Go to Calendar Settings → Connections and select the calendar or meeting integration that is no longer working.
Select Reconnect
Use the Reconnect option instead of removing and rebuilding the integration.
Use the Original Account
Sign in with the same account that was connected originally.
Approve the Permissions
Review and approve the requested access so BizStackPro can restore the connection.
Review the Existing Configuration
Confirm that the linked calendar, conflict calendars, meeting provider, and other connection settings remain correct.
Complete a Test Booking
Verify that calendar synchronization and meeting-link generation are working again.
Reconnect before rebuilding
Reconnecting can restore authorization without removing the integration’s existing configuration.
