Outlook calendar integration lets BizStackPro work alongside your existing Microsoft calendar — so bookings can be written to your calendar, conflicts can be detected automatically, and (if enabled) Outlook can send invites/updates to attendees.

Compatibility Note

Outlook integration is not supported for Event Calendars. It works with Round Robin, Collective, and Service Calendars.

Step 1: Connect Your Outlook Account

Go to Settings → Profile.
Scroll to Calendar Settings.
Click Connect next to Outlook Calendar.
Sign in and approve the requested permissions.

Step 2: Select Your Primary Calendar

Still in Settings → Profile, find Primary Calendar.
Click Edit and select your connected Outlook account.
Choose the specific Outlook calendar you want BizStackPro to write appointments to.

Conflict Management

Under Check for Conflicts, select which calendar BizStackPro should monitor to prevent overlapping appointments.

Step 3: Control Invitation & Update Emails

Open Calendar Settings for the calendar you’re using.
Go to Notifications & Additional Options.
Toggle on: Allow Google/Outlook to send invitation & update emails to attendees.

If you’re using both Google and Outlook, you can keep both connected — but you’ll still choose one primary calendar for where BizStackPro writes events.
