BizStackPro Calendar Help Guide

Outlook Calendar Integration

Sync your Outlook calendar with BizStackPro to streamline scheduling, reduce conflicts, and control invitation emails for your appointments.

Quick Answer

How do you connect an Outlook calendar to BizStackPro?

Go to Settings → Profile, scroll to Calendar Settings, and click Connect next to Outlook Calendar. Sign in, approve the requested permissions, then select the connected Outlook calendar as your primary calendar and choose which calendar should be checked for scheduling conflicts.

How Outlook Calendar Integration Works

You may already use Outlook to manage meetings and personal availability, but BizStackPro also needs accurate calendar information to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Outlook calendar integration allows BizStackPro to work alongside your existing Microsoft calendar. Appointments can be written to your selected Outlook calendar, and BizStackPro can check your connected calendar for events that should block new bookings.

When conflict checking is configured correctly, time that is already occupied in Outlook is less likely to appear as available through your BizStackPro booking calendar.

You can also allow Outlook to send invitation and update emails to appointment attendees when that option is enabled in the calendar settings.

Outlook integration does not support Event Calendars

According to the original guide, Outlook integration is compatible with Round Robin, Collective, and Service Calendars, but not Event Calendars.
