BizStackPro Contacts Help Guide

Additional Phone Numbers per Contact

Learn how to store, label, and manage multiple phone numbers under one BizStackPro contact record.

Quick Answer

How do you add multiple phone numbers to one contact?

Open Contacts, select or create a contact, click the pencil icon next to the phone field, add the additional numbers, assign labels such as Mobile, Work, Home, or Landline, select the radio button beside the primary number, and save the contact.

How Multiple Phone Numbers per Contact Work

BizStackPro lets you store multiple phone numbers under one contact record so the contact does not need to be duplicated for every line they use.

Each saved number can be labeled, making it easier to distinguish between mobile, work, home, landline, office, or other numbers.

One number can be selected as the primary phone number, while the remaining numbers stay available for calling from the same contact record.

The first number becomes primary by default

If you do not manually select a primary number, the first phone number entered is treated as the contact's primary number.

Contact Phone Number Best Practices

Confirm Every Number Belongs to the Contact

Label Each Number Clearly

Select the Primary Number Carefully
Reason: The primary number is treated as the default contact number.
Remove Outdated Numbers
Reason: Old or disconnected numbers can waste time and create confusion during follow-up.

Recommended Next Step

Review the Contact for Duplicate Records

After adding the phone numbers, search the contact list for any separate records that may already contain those same numbers.
