Quick Answer
How do you manage attachments in a BizStackPro contact record?
Open Contacts, select the contact record, and open the Documents tab. From there, you can filter stored documents, manually upload internal files, save supported message attachments using Add to Documents, and preview or download files when needed.
Why the Documents Tab Matters
You may have files shared through emails, messages, or uploads, but it is not always easy to find them later.
The Documents tab, also referred to as Document Management, gives you a centralized place inside each contact record where attachments can be stored and reviewed.
Instead of digging through conversations, you can quickly see what was sent, received, or uploaded internally.
Keeping these files connected to the correct contact helps reduce the chance that important documents will become lost inside conversation threads.
Keep contact files in one place
The Documents tab gives your team a consistent place to look for files associated with a contact instead of searching through individual messages.
