Quick Answer
How do you manage tasks in BizStackPro?
Go to Contacts → Tasks to view your task list. From there, use Smart Lists such as Today and Upcoming, create tasks with + New Task, assign due dates and team members, create recurring tasks, filter the list, and customize the columns you use.
What the Tasks Tab Does
Tasks can become difficult to track when follow-ups, internal work, and team responsibilities are spread across different parts of your workflow.
The Tasks tab provides a central location where you can create, assign, organize, and manage tasks for yourself or your team.
Tasks can be connected to contacts when the work relates to a specific person, or created as standalone internal tasks by leaving the contact field blank.
Smart Lists, filters, recurring settings, bulk actions, and workflow-created tasks provide additional ways to keep work organized as task volume increases.
Tasks do not have to be tied to contacts
Leave the contact field blank when you need an internal task that is not associated with a specific contact record.
