Collaborate privately with teammates using built-in Internal Chat inside BizStackPro Conversations—perfect for coordination that stays off the customer thread.
You may need to collaborate with your team during a conversation, but sending messages directly to the contact isn’t always appropriate.
Internal Chat allows you to communicate privately with teammates while staying inside the Conversations module.
Without a private communication channel, coordination can become messy or accidentally exposed to the contact.
This guide will show you how to use internal chat so your team can stay aligned without affecting customer conversations.
Once you understand how internal chat works, follow the steps below to create chats, manage participants, and collaborate efficiently inside your BizStackPro account.

Follow along: Open Conversations → click New → choose Internal Chat → add users → start chatting.
Important: You can add more teammates later, but you generally cannot remove users once they’ve been added to that internal chat.
Best practice: Use one internal chat per topic (sales handoff, support escalation, billing question) so conversations stay clean and searchable.
Internal Chat keeps collaboration private while your customer thread stays clean. Pair it with tags, tasks, and workflows for a complete inbox system.
