Internal Chat lets you message teammates privately inside the Conversations module. Itβs ideal for handoffs, quick questions, and team coordinationβwithout sending anything to the contact.
Follow along: Open Conversations β click New β choose Internal Chat β add users β start chatting.
Important: You can add more teammates later, but you generally cannot remove users once theyβve been added to that internal chat.
