Quickly add, edit, and manage tasks and notes inside the Conversations module so your follow-ups and internal context stay in one place.
You may be managing conversations, but keeping track of tasks and important notes at the same time can get scattered.
Tasks and notes inside Conversations let you track next steps and capture context without switching between tools.
Without a clear system, follow-ups can be missed and important details can be forgotten.
This guide will show you how to manage tasks and notes so everything stays organized in one place.
Once you understand how tasks and notes work, follow the steps below to create, manage, and track them directly inside your BizStackPro conversations.
In Conversations, the right-side panel gives you quick access to Tasks and Notes so you can track next steps and capture internal context without leaving the message thread.
Follow along: Open Conversations → select a contact → use the right panel tabs for Tasks and Notes.
Pro tip: Use tasks for “next step” actions (call, follow-up, send quote) and notes for “context” (preferences, objections, history).
Use internal comments (with @mentions) to tag teammates while keeping your collaboration private. These comments are only visible to your team and are not shown to the contact.
While composing a text message, you can typically see character count, segment count, and estimated SMS cost inside the composer—helpful for keeping messages concise.
BizStackPro keeps your conversations, tasks, and internal notes together—so nothing slips through the cracks.
