1. Open Marketing and go to your Email Builder area (Templates/Campaigns, depending on your workflow).
2. Create a new template (or open an existing one).
3. Add the text you want to link (example: “Click here to view the offer”).
4. Highlight the text you want to make clickable.
5. Click the Link (hyperlink) icon in the editor toolbar.
6. Enter the destination URL and adjust settings like Text to display and Title (optional).
7. Choose whether to open in the same window or a new window (new window is often preferred).
8. Click Save, then preview or test-send the email.
