In email builders, elements can appear missing for a few common reasons: the element is inside a collapsed section, it’s positioned in a narrow column, it’s set to hidden/conditional display, or the element’s height/spacing is too small to see.
Goal: Use the Manage Element control to jump to any element—then edit, replace, or delete it (even if you can’t click it directly on the canvas).

- Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates.
