Automate email updates with fresh content from your blog or news feed by using RSS Header + RSS Items elements inside BizStackPro’s Email Builder.
You may be creating emails regularly, but rebuilding them each time new content is published can slow everything down.
RSS feeds allow your emails to automatically pull in new content from your blog or feed without manual updates.
Without automation, staying consistent with content emails becomes time-consuming and harder to maintain.
This guide will show you how to use RSS elements so your emails stay updated automatically while keeping your layout consistent.
Once you understand how RSS elements work, follow the steps below to build your template, connect your feed, and schedule automated email campaigns inside your BizStackPro account.
RSS elements help you dynamically populate your emails with content from an RSS feed. Typically, you’ll use a RSS Header (for feed/channel details) and RSS Items (for the individual posts/items).
Follow along: In the Email Builder, drag in RSS Header → then add RSS Items below it → preview using your feed URL to confirm the layout.
The RSS Header element usually offers two ways to output feed/channel information:
Pro tip: If you want a consistent brand voice, use Custom mode and keep your RSS header copy consistent across campaigns.
RSS Items display the actual posts/items from your feed. Depending on your feed structure, you may be able to show item titles, summaries, links, publish dates, and thumbnails/media.
Example idea: Show the newest 3–5 items with a short teaser and a “Read more” link so subscribers can click through to your latest content.
RSS campaigns can send on a schedule so your list receives new content without building a fresh email each time.
Double-check: Review the execution date/time and time zone before saving the schedule so sends happen exactly when you expect.
From the campaign Actions menu, you can manage the schedule without rebuilding the email.
BizStackPro combines email marketing, automation, and CRM tools so you can publish content once and keep your audience updated automatically.

Basic inserts default, non-editable text. Custom lets you edit the copy and include RSS/channel variables.
Build your email template, select RSS in sending options, paste your feed URL, then set a Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule with a send time.
Yes—pause the campaign to stop sends temporarily, or reschedule it (commonly up to about one hour before send time).
Use RSS elements to pull in fresh content, schedule sends automatically, and keep your audience engaged—while your email template stays consistent.
Automate more. Send smarter.
