Build surveys that do more than collect data. Use conditional logic, custom fields, styling, and integrations to qualify leads and guide people to the next step.
You may be collecting information, but surveys give you more control over how responses shape the next step.
With logic, custom fields, and structured flows, surveys can qualify leads and route them based on their answers.
Without using logic, you may need to manually sort through responses to decide what to do next.
This guide will show you how to build and use surveys so your data collection also supports automation and decision-making.
Once you understand how surveys work, follow the sections below to build questions, apply logic, and guide users through the right path inside your BizStackPro account.
The survey feature is organized into three main areas so you can build, review, and manage responses without hunting around.
Follow along: Go to Sites → Surveys, then open Builder to start creating.
Tip: If your survey is long, consider a one-question-at-a-time experience to increase completion rates.
Surveys can be styled to match your brand so they feel consistent with your website or funnel.
Pro tip: Keep it simple. The more “clean and readable” the survey is on mobile, the higher your completion rate usually goes.
The biggest advantage surveys have over forms is logic. Use responses to guide people down different paths.
Follow along: Build your questions first → then add logic rules so you can test every branch in preview mode.
With BizStackPro, surveys can qualify leads and push them into the right next step—without you manually sorting through every response.
Opens in a new tab.
Surveys can use logic to qualify/disqualify leads based on answers. Forms are typically best for straightforward data collection.
Go to Sites → Surveys to access the Builder, Analyze, and Submissions areas.
Open Builder, click + Add Survey, then start from scratch or choose a template.
Click the + to view elements, then drag and drop fields/media and reorder slides to match your flow.
You can customize standard fields inside a specific survey, but system-wide edits to standard fields are typically not supported.
Use logic to route people. Use styling to keep it on-brand. Then integrate surveys into your site or funnels so responses flow into your CRM and automation.
Better qualification. Cleaner pipeline.
