Create Surveys With the Template Library

Overview

The Template Library helps you build polished surveys fast. Start with a proven layout, tailor your fields and slides, and use conditional logic to personalize the respondent’s path.

Accessing the Template Library

1. Go to Sites in the left navigation.
2. Open Surveys and choose Builder from the dropdown.
3. Click + Add Survey and select From Templates.

Selecting a Template

1. Filter by category to narrow the list.
2. Click the template you want, then select Continue.
3. The template opens in the editor so you can customize it.

Editing the Template

• Click the + on the left panel to add elements or custom fields.
• Click any field to edit its label, placeholder, and query key.
• Mark fields as required or hidden as needed.
• Reorder slides from the three-dot Settings menu on each slide.
• Use conditional logic to branch questions and personalize the flow.

Save & Use Your Survey

1. Click Save to store your changes.
2. Click Integrate to get the Iframe Embed Code for your website or funnel.
3. Or copy the shareable survey link to send directly to leads.
