Form Customization & Styling Options

Access the Form Builder

1. Navigate to Sites > Forms > Builder.
2. Select an existing form to edit, or create a new form.

Add Form Elements

Use the left panel to add standard fields (text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) or choose custom fields to capture the exact data you need.

Styling Options

• Spread to Columns (new forms only): Arrange radio buttons/images and checkboxes into multiple columns for a cleaner look.
• Layouts:
  • Single Column – fields stack vertically (simple and mobile-friendly).
  • Two-Column – balanced side-by-side layout (great for name + email).
  • Single Line – up to 5 fields in one row (best for short lead forms).
• Field Width: Set each field width as a percentage of the form width.
• Field Spacing: Increase/decrease spacing between fields for readability.
• Header Image: Upload an image that spans the top of the form.
• Background Image: Apply an image behind the full form area for extra visual impact.
• Custom Branding: Add your logo and choose brand colors/styles so every form matches your business.

Integrating Forms

Use the form integration options to connect your form submissions to other tools and services so your data flows where it needs to go (CRM, automation, notifications, and more).
