You can use one of the available templates to create the initial structure quickly or choose the Build-Your-Own option for more flexibility.
Without clear organization, members may struggle to navigate the content, which can lead to confusion, lower engagement, and incomplete courses.

In BizStackPro Memberships, categories are typically managed through the Products area, where you create and structure the membership course product.

Before You Begin
Plan the basic structure of your membership before creating or editing its categories.
- Identify the membership or course you want to organize.
- Decide whether the content is short, long-form, or ongoing.
- Choose whether to begin with a template or build your own structure.
- Prepare a clear name and description for the product or category.
- Prepare a recognizable thumbnail image.
- Decide whether the content should be Draft, Published, or released through Drip Mode.
- Prepare any MP3, AAC, or WAV files needed for audio lessons.
- Sign in to your BizStackPro account.
Step 1: Find Your Membership Categories
Open the Products area to create a new category or edit an existing membership structure.
Open Memberships
From the BizStackPro dashboard, select Memberships.
Open Courses
Select Courses to access your membership course tools.
Select Products
Open the top dropdown and select Products.
Create or Edit
Click Create Product to build a new category/product, or select an existing product to edit its structure and content.
Start with a template when possible
A template can create the initial structure quickly. You can then refine the categories and content inside the product builder.
Step 2: Choose a Template or Build Your Own
Select the template that best matches the type and length of the membership experience you are creating.
Sprint Course
Use the Sprint Course template for short, focused course content.
Marathon Course
Use the Marathon Course template for longer courses with multiple modules or sections.
Membership
Use the Membership template for ongoing access and content that may be updated regularly.
Build-Your-Own
Use the Build-Your-Own option when you want full flexibility over the content structure from the beginning.
Open the product builder
After selecting the appropriate template, click Start Building to begin creating the membership structure.
Step 3: Add Details, Posts, and Status
Add the information and lesson content members will use to identify and navigate the category.
Name and Description
Use a clear, benefit-focused name and description so members understand what the content covers.
Publication Status
Set the category or product to Published, Draft, or Drip Mode.
Thumbnail
Add a recognizable image so the category or product is easier for members to identify.
Posts and Lessons
Add posts or lessons inside the product builder or from the category’s main page, depending on your workflow.
Save your changes
Click Save after editing the category so the updated details, content, and status are applied.
Use Draft while building
Keep unfinished content in Draft, and change it to Published when you are ready to enroll members. Use Drip Mode when the content should be released over time.
Step 4: Add Audio Files to Lessons
Audio lessons can support on-the-go learning and make course content more accessible. BizStackPro supports MP3, AAC, and WAV audio formats.
Open the Lesson
Open the appropriate lesson section inside the membership product builder.
Upload the Audio
Upload the lesson’s MP3, AAC, or WAV audio file.
Add the Lesson Thumbnail
Audio thumbnails are taken from the image assigned to the lesson.
Review Playback
Confirm that the file plays correctly. Learners can adjust the playback speed to create a listening experience that works for them.
Include a written summary
Pair audio lessons with short bullet summaries so members can scan the important points before or after listening.
