Products, offers, and payment products work together in BizStackPro. Learn what each one does, how they connect, and how to deliver access cleanly with welcome emails and personalization.
When setting up a membership, it can be confusing to understand why content, pricing, and access are handled in different parts of the system.
Products, offers, and payment products each serve a different role, working together to define what content exists, how it’s packaged, and how users gain access.
Without a clear understanding of how these pieces connect, it’s easy to misconfigure access, create duplicate setups, or deliver the wrong content to users.
This guide will walk you through how each part works so you can structure your membership correctly and ensure access is delivered as expected.
To begin, it’s important to understand how products, offers, and payment products are defined and connected.
These three pieces are related, but they’re not the same thing. Here’s the clean breakdown.
Follow along: Think Product = content, Offer = access bundle + price, Payment Product = checkout item.
Important: If you need to change which products are included later, create a new offer. (Offers aren’t meant to be “repacked” after the fact.)
Linking makes the purchase deliver membership access automatically.
Welcome Email: If you rely on system emails for credentials, enable Send Welcome Email in Memberships → Courses → Settings → Email Settings. If you send credentials via workflows instead, keep system emails off to avoid duplicates.
Custom values help personalize membership emails and content—especially welcome messages and reminders.
When products, offers, and payment products are wired correctly, purchases auto-deliver access and members get the right onboarding experience.

If it’s still in Draft, it isn’t available for purchase. Publish it to make it live.
No—create a new offer if you need a different product bundle.
New members won’t automatically receive credentials—send login instructions manually or via a workflow.
Go to Payments → Products, enable Memberships in Additional Options, and choose a published offer.
Yes—use contact, time, course, or location-based values to personalize emails and membership content.
Bundle the right products, publish your offers, link them to payment products, and make onboarding simple with welcome emails and smart personalization.
Cleaner delivery. Better member experience.
