Build & Edit an Offer in Memberships

Connect products and pricing, control access windows, add media, preview the learner experience, and publish your offer with confidence.

Structuring Access So Your Offers Match Your Business Model

You may be creating a course or membership, but how customers buy and how long they get access needs to be clearly defined.

Offers control pricing, access duration, and when content becomes available to your customers.

Without setting this up correctly, customers may get the wrong access or your launch timing may not work as expected.

This guide will show you how to build and edit offers so your pricing, access rules, and experience all work together.

Once you understand how offers work, follow the steps below to create your offer, connect pricing, and control access inside your BizStackPro setup.

What an Offer Does

Offers control how customers buy and how long they can access your membership content. You’ll typically connect an offer to a product (free, one-time, or recurring), then publish the offer so it can be selected in payments and funnels.

Follow along: Create the offer → connect product/pricing → set access rules → add media + details → preview → publish.

Step 1: Create Your Offer

  1. Go to MembershipsCoursesOffers and click + Create Offer.
  2. Optionally, create an offer from the Products tab (it will still appear under Offers).
  3. Add a clear Title and confirm you’re working in the correct course/membership.
  4. Connect the offer to the correct Product, choose Offer Type, and set pricing.
  5. Optional: add a Price Text Override (example: “Pay Once”).
  6. Keep the offer Live for real payments (use Draft while building), then Save.

Reminder: Draft/unpublished offers won’t be selectable in products/funnels the way you expect. Publish when you’re ready.

Step 2: Add Details, Media, and Branding

  • Title & description: Keep it simple and set expectations (what they get, who it’s for).
  • Products & pricing: Verify you connected the correct product(s) and pricing type (free/one-time/recurring).
  • Offer image: Upload an image displayed beside the course for a polished look.
  • Custom values: Personalize descriptions and learning content with contact/time/course/location values where supported.
  • Custom code: Add tracking or custom JS/CSS if needed for analytics or additional tooling.
  • Media links: Add downloadable audio/video URLs in lessons when appropriate to enhance the member experience.
  • Status: Keep as Draft while editing; switch to Published when complete.

Step 3: Preview the Offer

  1. Click Preview to see the learner view.
  2. Use Get Link to copy a shareable URL for internal review.

Note: In preview mode, Track Progress and Mark as Complete don’t behave like a real member session. To test progress, create a test contact, grant the offer, and log in as a member.

Control Access Windows

Offers let you control access two powerful ways: expire access after X days or start access on a specific date. These are great for cohorts, promos, and timed training programs.

Option A: Expire Access After a Fixed Period

  1. Open the offer and find Offer Access.
  2. Enable Restrict access to a specific amount of days.
  3. Enter the duration (examples: 180 = 6 months, 60 = 2 months, 7 = 1 week).
  4. Save and Publish.

Option B: Begin Access on a Specific Date

  1. In Offer Access, enable Begin access at a specific date.
  2. Select the start date, then Save and Publish.

What members see: Before the start date, members typically only see the overview page. Content unlocks on the start date.

If a buyer repurchases or upgrades, the new offer validity can merge or take precedence—extending access based on the latest purchase.

Want to launch paid offers with clean access rules?

BizStackPro combines products, payments, memberships, and automations—so access starts (and ends) exactly when you want it to.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a membership offer?

Go to Memberships → Courses → Offers → +Create Offer, title it, connect product/pricing, set offer type, keep it Live for real payments, and Save.

Can I create an offer from Products?

Yes. You can create offers from the Products tab and they will appear in the Offers list.

How do I set access to expire after a fixed period?

In Offer Access, enable the restriction, enter the number of days (example: 180), then Save and Publish.

How do I delay access until a specific start date?

Enable “Begin access at a specific date,” choose the date, then Save and Publish. Members see the overview until access begins.

What happens if a buyer repurchases or upgrades?

The new validity merges or takes precedence, extending access based on the latest offer purchase.

Why don’t Track Progress or Mark as Complete work in preview?

Preview mode isn’t a true member session. Test with a real login by granting the offer to a test contact and logging in as a member.
