Connect products and pricing, control access windows, add media, preview the learner experience, and publish your offer with confidence.
You may be creating a course or membership, but how customers buy and how long they get access needs to be clearly defined.
Offers control pricing, access duration, and when content becomes available to your customers.
Without setting this up correctly, customers may get the wrong access or your launch timing may not work as expected.
This guide will show you how to build and edit offers so your pricing, access rules, and experience all work together.
Once you understand how offers work, follow the steps below to create your offer, connect pricing, and control access inside your BizStackPro setup.
Offers control how customers buy and how long they can access your membership content. You’ll typically connect an offer to a product (free, one-time, or recurring), then publish the offer so it can be selected in payments and funnels.
Follow along: Create the offer → connect product/pricing → set access rules → add media + details → preview → publish.
Reminder: Draft/unpublished offers won’t be selectable in products/funnels the way you expect. Publish when you’re ready.
Note: In preview mode, Track Progress and Mark as Complete don’t behave like a real member session. To test progress, create a test contact, grant the offer, and log in as a member.
Offers let you control access two powerful ways: expire access after X days or start access on a specific date. These are great for cohorts, promos, and timed training programs.
What members see: Before the start date, members typically only see the overview page. Content unlocks on the start date.
If a buyer repurchases or upgrades, the new offer validity can merge or take precedence—extending access based on the latest purchase.
BizStackPro combines products, payments, memberships, and automations—so access starts (and ends) exactly when you want it to.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Memberships → Courses → Offers → +Create Offer, title it, connect product/pricing, set offer type, keep it Live for real payments, and Save.
Yes. You can create offers from the Products tab and they will appear in the Offers list.
In Offer Access, enable the restriction, enter the number of days (example: 180), then Save and Publish.
Enable “Begin access at a specific date,” choose the date, then Save and Publish. Members see the overview until access begins.
The new validity merges or takes precedence, extending access based on the latest offer purchase.
Preview mode isn’t a true member session. Test with a real login by granting the offer to a test contact and logging in as a member.
Use start dates for cohorts. Use access durations for limited programs. Combine them to build a clean, predictable membership experience.
Better access control. Cleaner onboarding.
