What Adding a Chat Widget Does

Before You Begin
Prepare the chat widget and confirm which Membership site should display it.

Step 1: Get Your Chat Widget Code
Open the Chat Widget area and copy the complete code for the widget you want to display.
Open Sites
From the BizStackPro dashboard, select Sites.
Open Chat Widget
Select Chat Widget to display your available widgets.
Edit the Widget
Click the ⋯ menu beside the widget and select Edit.
Select Get Code
Click Get Code to display the widget's code snippet.
Copy the Complete Code
Copy the entire code snippet so it can be added to the Membership settings.
Keep a backup of the widget code
Save a copy of the code in a secure working document if you may need to add it again later.
Step 2: Add the Code to Membership Settings
Add the copied widget code to the Advanced area of the Membership Site Details.
Open Memberships
Select Memberships from the left sidebar.
Open Course Settings
At the top of the Memberships area, click Courses and select Settings from the dropdown.
Open Site Details
Select Site Details for the Membership site you want to update.
Expand Advanced
Open the Advanced section to access the custom code field.
Paste the Widget Code

Sign In as a Member

Test in a Private Window
