Update your membership title, URL, support contact info, branding, and Magic Links—plus add custom CSS, JavaScript, and tracking codes when needed.
Before members start using your membership area, the basic details need to be accurate so the portal looks trustworthy and points users to the right place.
Site Details controls core membership settings such as the title, portal URL, support contact information, branding assets, Magic Links, and optional tracking or custom code.
If these details are incomplete or inconsistent, members may see mismatched branding, use outdated support information, or run into access confusion.
This guide will walk you through how to configure these settings so your membership area is easier to recognize, access, and support.
To begin, start by locating the Site Details section inside your membership settings.
Follow along: Make one change at a time → click Save → refresh your portal to confirm the update took effect.
Site Info controls what members see and how they reach your membership portal.
Tip: Use a support email you actually monitor (or route to your help desk) so member requests don’t get missed.
Magic Links are one-click sign-in URLs. They contain custom values (like the user’s email), so they work best when sent through BizStackPro messages.
Link without auto-login: If you want to share your portal URL publicly, remove everything after the “?” in the Magic Link. This strips the auto-login parameters and shares a “normal” portal link.
Branding makes your membership portal feel polished and recognizable.
Follow along: Upload your logo + favicon → click Save → open your membership portal in a new tab to confirm the update.
The Advanced section is where you can add custom code and tracking snippets for analytics platforms.
Pro tip: Keep custom code minimal. If anything breaks, remove the newest code first and re-test before adding more.
BizStackPro lets you brand your portal, control access, and deliver one-click login links so members can get in fast and stay engaged.
Opens in a new tab.
Navigate to Memberships → Courses → Settings → Site Details.
You can update the title, subdomain URL, support email/phone, branding, and Magic Links.
They’re one-click login links containing custom values. Send them through BizStackPro email/SMS/automation for best results.
Yes—remove everything after the “?” in the Magic Link URL and share the cleaned portal link.

Site Details is where you lock in the basics—title, portal URL, support info, branding, and the login experience—so members trust what they’re seeing.
Branding + access + tracking, in one place.
