Before members start using your membership area, the basic details need to be accurate so the portal looks trustworthy and points users to the right place.

Site Details controls core membership settings such as the title, portal URL, support contact information, branding assets, Magic Links, and optional tracking or custom code.

If these details are incomplete or inconsistent, members may see mismatched branding, use outdated support information, or run into access confusion.

To begin, start by locating the Site Details section inside your membership settings.

Where to Find Site Details

Open Memberships.
Go to Courses.
Select Settings.
Click Site Details.

Follow along: Make one change at a time → click Save → refresh your portal to confirm the update took effect.

Site Info (Title, URL, Support)

Site Info controls what members see and how they reach your membership portal.

Membership Area Title: Your portal name shown to members
Subdomain URL: Your membership portal address

Tip: Use a support email you actually monitor (or route to your help desk) so member requests don’t get missed.

Magic Links (One-Click Login)

Magic Links are one-click sign-in URLs. They contain custom values (like the user’s email), so they work best when sent through BizStackPro messages.

Create / copy / regenerate Magic Links inside Site Details.
Send via BizStackPro (email, SMS, automations, conversations) so custom values resolve properly.
Regenerate and resend if someone reports the link doesn’t work.

Link without auto-login: If you want to share your portal URL publicly, remove everything after the “?” in the Magic Link. This strips the auto-login parameters and shares a “normal” portal link.

Branding (Logo + Favicon)

Branding makes your membership portal feel polished and recognizable.

Logo: Recommended 640×640 pixels
Favicon: Recommended 32×32 pixels
