Upload Images & Use the Media Storage Tab

Upload once, organize with folders, preview before you insert, and reuse images across Funnels, Websites, Email Builder, and Social Planner—plus connect Google Drive for streamlined file access.

Uploading Images Once So You Can Reuse Them Everywhere

You may be uploading images multiple times across pages, emails, and posts, which slows down your workflow.

Media Storage allows you to upload an image once and reuse it across funnels, websites, emails, and social posts.

Without using a central library, files can become scattered, duplicated, or harder to manage.

This guide will show you how to upload, organize, and reuse images so your workflow stays fast and consistent.

Once you understand how Media Storage works, follow the sections below to upload images, organize folders, and insert assets across your BizStackPro tools.

What You Can Do in Media Storage

Media Storage is your central hub for images and other files. Use it to keep assets organized and instantly accessible across BizStackPro.

  • Upload from your device using drag-and-drop or New Upload.
  • Preview media and insert it directly into builders.
  • Organize using folders, Grid/List views, and sorting.
  • Quick actions via right-click (move, rename, delete, copy link).
  • Google Drive access for viewing and organizing Drive content alongside BizStackPro media.

Follow along: Open Media Storage → upload an image → Preview it → click Insert Media to place it into your page or email.

Access Media Storage (and Switch Views)

  1. Click Media Storage from the left sidebar.
  2. Choose Grid view for visual browsing or List view for detailed sorting.
  3. Sort by Name, File Size, or Modified Date to find items faster.
  4. Use the search bar to locate assets by filename.

Pro tip: Use consistent filenames like logo-primary.png, hero-homepage.jpg, or product-shot-01.webp so search works like a “mini asset manager.”

Upload, Preview, and Insert Media

Uploading is fast—and Preview helps you avoid inserting the wrong size or outdated version.

  1. Upload: Drag-and-drop images anywhere in Media Storage or click New Upload.
  2. Preview: Click the menu beside a file and choose Preview.
  3. Insert: From Preview, click Insert Media to place the file directly in the builder.

Note: If you add images from Unsplash or Pixabay, BizStackPro copies them to your server so they stay available even if the original source changes.

Organize with Folders and Quick Actions

  • Create folders and subfolders for campaigns, channels, and brands.
  • Use the folder menu to Rename, Move, or Delete.
  • Right-click files for quick actions like Move, Rename, Delete, Copy Link, or Download.
  • Hover a file to see key details like name, modified date, and size.

Connect Google Drive (Optional)

If your assets already live in Drive, connect it so you can access and organize content alongside your BizStackPro media.

  • Two-way sync: Folder creation and uploads sync between Drive and Media Storage.
  • Protected operations: Rename and Delete are disabled for Drive items to prevent accidental file changes.

Follow along: Media Storage → Connect Drive → pick your account → browse your Drive folders from inside Media Storage.
