Open Media Storage from the left sidebar. From there you can upload, preview, organize, and manage files.

Drag and drop files into Media Storage or click New Upload. Use the ⋯ menu to Preview, then click Insert Media from the preview to place the asset.

Managing Your Files Without Losing Track of Them

You may be uploading files, but without a clear system, it’s easy to lose track of where everything is stored.

The Media Storage tab gives you one place to upload, organize, preview, and manage all your assets.

Without proper organization, building funnels, posts, and campaigns can slow down as you search for the right files.

This guide will show you how to use Media Storage so your files stay organized, accessible, and easy to reuse.

Once you understand how Media Storage works, follow the sections below to upload files, organize folders, and manage your assets inside your BizStackPro setup.

Access and Views

Open Media Storage from the left sidebar.
Switch between Grid and List views.
Sort by Name, Size, or Modified Date to find items faster.

Follow along: Open Media Storage → choose Grid or List → set your sort order → start uploading.

Upload, Preview, and Insert

Upload: Drag-and-drop files anywhere in Media Storage or click New Upload.
Preview: Use the ⋯ (three dots) menu on a file and select Preview.
Insert fast: From Preview, click Insert Media to place the asset immediately.

Tip: Hover a file to see quick details like filename, last modified, and size. For images, Preview often shows dimensions too—handy for selecting the right asset before you insert it.

Multi-Select and Bulk Actions

Multi-select: Drag to select in Grid view, or use checkboxes in List view.
Bulk actions: Move, download, or delete multiple files at once.
Bulk download limit: Up to 100 files at a time.
Large file note: Files over 2GB may be skipped in multi-download and need individual download.
In multi-select mode, actions like Rename and Get Link may be disabled to keep bulk edits clean.

Pro tip: For big cleanups, switch to List view so checkboxes + sorting make bulk selection faster.

Organize with Folders

Use the folder ⋯ menu to Rename, Move, or Delete.
Move entire folders (including subfolders and files) with Move to Folder.

Example structure: Brand → Logos / Fonts / Colors, Funnels → Opt-ins / Webinars, Social → Reels / Thumbnails.

Quick Actions and Trash

Right-click any file for quick options like Move, Delete, or Rename.
Deleted items go to Trash for 30 days.
From Trash you can Restore files or Delete Permanently to free storage.

Sync with Google Drive

You can connect Google Drive to access and organize Drive content alongside your BizStackPro media.

Two-way sync: Folder creation and uploads sync between Drive and Media Storage.
Protected actions: Rename and Delete may be disabled for Drive-synced items for safety.
Security note: In “Login As” scenarios, Drive connection options can be disabled and Drive data hidden.

Private Files

Upload and manage private files alongside public ones.
Private items show a lock icon.
Private files can be shared using a private link that expires after 10 minutes.
Switch views between All, Public, and Private to filter quickly.

Use case: Share a private download link with a client during a call without leaving sensitive files publicly accessible.
