Sync availability, prevent double-booking, and auto-generate Google Meet links by connecting your Google account and calendars to BizStackPro.
You may be booking appointments, but without proper calendar syncing, it’s easy to create scheduling conflicts.
Connecting your Google account and calendar allows BizStackPro to sync availability and prevent overlapping bookings.
Without the right setup, events may not block time correctly, or important details like meeting links may be missing.
This guide will show you how to connect and configure your calendars so your scheduling stays accurate and automated.
Once you understand how Google Calendar integration works, follow the steps below to connect your account, configure sync settings, and enable meeting links inside your BizStackPro setup.
Tip: If you ever see “writer access” errors, make sure the connected Google calendar grants the account permission to create/edit events.
Follow along: If you have a team, each user should connect their own Google account (calendar connections are typically user-specific).
You can connect Google Calendar directly from the Calendar settings — even if you haven’t previously connected Google via Integrations.
Note: Calendar integrations are tied to each user profile. Every user should connect their own Google Calendar for accurate availability.
Best practice: Add every calendar you actually use as a conflict calendar so you don’t get double-booked.
Choose the sync approach that matches how you want BizStackPro to behave with external events.
Quick guidance: Use One-way if you only need availability blocking. Use Two-way if you want automations and contact creation based on Google events.
Smart Sync is helpful when your calendar includes both known clients and unknown meetings.
Tip: If you’re unsure, start with One-way (simple) and move to Two-way/Smart Sync once you’re confident in your workflow triggers.
Google Meet links typically require a Linked Google Calendar so the system can generate and attach the meeting link to the appointment event.
Important: If you don’t link a Google Calendar as your Linked Calendar, Google Meet links typically won’t be generated for appointments.
Choose the right sync mode, connect conflict calendars, and enable Google Meet so scheduling stays smooth and follow-up stays consistent.

One-way sync blocks time from Google without creating contacts or triggering workflows. Two-way syncs both directions, creates contacts from Google events, and can trigger workflows.
Go to Calendars → Calendar Settings → Connections and select the calendars to check for BUSY events. Only BUSY events block availability.
Smart Sync blocks time for Google events if contacts aren’t in the system. If contacts exist, it color-codes the event and can trigger related automations.
Set a Google Calendar as your Linked Calendar, then choose Google Meet under Settings → My Profile → User Availability and update availability.
Connect via Settings → Integrations → Google (Sign in with Google) or Calendars → Calendar Settings → Connections.
Google Meet links won’t be generated for appointments unless a Google Calendar is linked as the Linked Calendar.
Connect Google once, choose the right sync, and let BizStackPro handle scheduling and automation — without calendar chaos.
Fewer conflicts. Better follow-up.
