Once you understand the import process, follow the steps below to bring in your templates, adjust formatting, and reuse them inside your BizStackPro Email Builder.

Before You Start

Make sure you have access to the original email/template in your current platform.
If your provider uses “templates” vs “campaigns,” confirm which format BizStackPro expects (Mailchimp typically requires a campaign URL).
After import, always preview on desktop + mobile and send yourself a test email.

Pro tip: Imported templates often need small spacing, font, or image tweaks. Plan a quick “cleanup pass” before using them in automation.

Import from ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or Other Platforms

Use the approach below based on where your email currently lives, then bring it into BizStackPro using the import flow.

ActiveCampaign: Find the email/template → use the platform’s Share option → copy the share link.
Mailchimp: Convert the template to a campaign → open/view the email → copy the campaign URL.
Kajabi / Other: Send the email you want to import to the BizStackPro-provided import email address (auto-import).

Follow along: In BizStackPro, go to Emails → Email Templates → click + New → choose Import Email → select the source platform → paste the URL (or wait for auto-import) → preview → Create Template.

Import an HTML Email Template (Code Editor)

If you have the raw HTML, the Code Editor gives you the most control and is ideal for migrating custom designs.

Go to Marketing → Emails.
Click + New and choose Blank Template.
Open the Code Editor (often shown in split view: code + preview).
Paste your HTML into the editor.
Review the live preview and fix spacing/images/links as needed.
Click Save.
