Moving Your Existing Email Templates Without Starting Over
You may already have email templates built on other platforms, and rebuilding them from scratch takes time.
Importing templates lets you bring your existing designs into BizStackPro so you can reuse what already works. After the import, you can adjust the formatting and reuse the template inside the BizStackPro Email Builder.

Imported templates can require small spacing, font, image, or formatting adjustments before they are ready for campaigns or automations.

Before You Start
- Make sure you have access to the original email or template in your current platform.
- If the provider separates templates and campaigns, confirm which format is needed for the import. Mailchimp typically requires a campaign URL.
- After importing, preview the template on desktop and mobile and send yourself a test email.
Plan for small adjustments
Imported templates often need small spacing, font, or image tweaks. Plan a quick cleanup pass before using the template in an automation.
Import from ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or Other Platforms
Use the import method that matches the platform where your existing email currently lives.
ActiveCampaign
Find the email or template, use the platform’s Share option, and copy the share link.
Mailchimp
Convert the template to a campaign, open or view the email, and copy the campaign URL.
Kajabi / Other Platforms
Send the email you want to import to the BizStackPro-provided import email address for automatic import.
Step 1: Open Email Templates
In BizStackPro, go to Emails → Email Templates.
Step 2: Start a New Import
Click + New and choose Import Email.
Step 3: Select the Source Platform
Choose the platform that matches the email you are importing.
Step 4: Provide the Import Source
Paste the share link or campaign URL when required. For platforms using the import email address, wait for the automatic import after sending the email.
Step 5: Preview the Import
Review the imported email and check the layout, images, links, and formatting.
Step 6: Create the Template
Click Create Template when the imported email is ready.
Import an HTML Email Template (Code Editor)
If you already have the raw HTML, the Code Editor gives you direct control over the imported email design.
Step 1: Open Emails
Go to Marketing → Emails.
Step 2: Start a Blank Template
Click + New and choose Blank Template.
Step 3: Open the Code Editor
Open the Code Editor, which may be shown in a split view with the code and preview together.
Step 4: Paste the HTML
Paste your existing email HTML into the editor.
Step 5: Review the Preview
Check the live preview and correct spacing, images, links, or other formatting issues as needed.
Step 6: Save the Template
Click Save when the imported HTML is ready.
Keep email-client compatibility in mind
Some email clients do not support advanced CSS. Keep layouts simple, prefer tables or other email-safe structures when appropriate, and test the finished email before sending.
