Images in Forms

Add background images, header images, and inline image elements to make your BizStackPro forms more branded, polished, and engaging.

Improving Form Design With Visual Elements

You may be collecting information through forms, but design plays a big role in how users interact with them.

Adding images can help reinforce your brand, guide attention, and make your forms feel more polished.

Without visual elements, forms can feel plain or less engaging.

This guide will show you how to use images so your forms are visually consistent and easier for users to complete.

Once you understand how images work, follow the steps below to add visuals, adjust layouts, and improve the overall design inside your BizStackPro forms.

Why Add Images to Forms?

  • Brand consistency: Match your form to your website or funnel style.
  • Better first impression: Header images can set the tone instantly.
  • More engagement: Visuals can keep users interested and reduce drop-off.
  • Clearer communication: Use images to support instructions or highlight offers.

Pro tip: Use compressed images (web-optimized) so forms load fast on mobile.

Add an Image Element Inside a Form

  1. Go to SitesForms → open the Builder.
  2. Create a new form or open an existing form to edit.
  3. Click + Add Form Element and drag an Image element into your form.
  4. Select the image element to adjust alignment and size.
  5. Save and Preview to confirm it looks right.

Follow along: Use an inline image to add a logo, a banner, or a supporting graphic near key questions.

Set a Background Image

  1. Open your form in the Builder.
  2. Go to StylesColors & Background.
  3. Upload/select your background image.
  4. Preview the form to ensure text stays readable.

Pro tip: If readability drops, use a simpler image, add contrast, or reduce background intensity.

Add a Header Image

  1. Open the form in the Builder.
  2. Go to Styles (header image option).
  3. Upload/select the image you want displayed at the top of the form.
  4. Save and preview to confirm the header image displays correctly.

Best Practices

  • Optimize files: Resize and compress before uploading.
  • Stay on brand: Use consistent colors, fonts, and imagery across your funnel.
  • Test on mobile: Confirm images don’t push important fields too far down.
  • Keep it clean: Avoid overly busy backgrounds that compete with your form content.

Want higher-converting forms?

Strong branding + clean design makes your forms feel more trustworthy—especially when you collect phone numbers or payments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use both background and header images in the same form?

Yes—use a header image for branding and a background image for style, as long as readability stays strong.

What image formats are supported for forms?

JPEG and PNG are commonly supported. Use optimized images for fast performance.

How do I adjust image size and alignment?

Select the image element in the builder and use the resizing/alignment controls to set width and placement.

Will adding images affect loading speed?

It can. Keep files compressed and avoid using extremely large images.

Make Every Form Feel On-Brand

Header images build trust fast. Background images add style. A clean layout keeps users focused on finishing the form.
