Stripe allows you to accept payments across your entire system—from funnels to subscriptions—using one integration.
Without a proper setup, payments may fail, or customers may not see the options they expect.
This guide will show you how to connect Stripe so you can start accepting payments and configure the right options for your audience.
Once you understand how Stripe integration works, follow the steps below to connect your account, enable payment methods, and test your checkout inside your BizStackPro setup.
What Stripe Integration Unlocks
Once Stripe is connected, you can accept payments inside BizStackPro across multiple tools and choose which payment methods appear at checkout.
- Accept payments in funnels, stores, forms, invoices, calendars, subscriptions, and more.
- Enable fast-checkout methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay when available.
- Offer alternatives such as ACH Direct Debit and supported Buy Now Pay Later options based on your region and configuration.
Best practice: Enable only the payment methods you truly want to support for your audience, then test your checkout in Test mode before going live.
Step 1: Connect Stripe to BizStackPro
You’ll connect Stripe once, then BizStackPro can use it as your payment provider across supported modules.
- Go to Payments → Integrations.
- Find Stripe and click Connect.
- Sign in to Stripe and authorize the connection.
- Return to BizStackPro and confirm Stripe shows as connected.
Tip: If you don’t see the integration area, make sure you’re in the correct BizStackPro sub-account/location (if you manage more than one).
Step 2: Enable Payment Methods by Product Area
Payment methods can be enabled/disabled inside BizStackPro per product area (and typically per Live and Test mode).
- Invoices: Choose what appears when a customer pays an invoice.
- Stores: Enable methods for your e-commerce checkout.
- Funnels: Control what appears on order forms.
- Forms / Payment Links / Communities / Courses / Calendars / Subscriptions: Enable methods for each area you use.
Note: If a payment method doesn’t show at checkout, it’s usually because it’s not enabled for that specific product area (or it isn’t available for your Stripe region/account).
Disconnect or Switch Stripe Accounts
If you need to change Stripe accounts, you can disconnect and reconnect the correct one.
- Go to Payments → Integrations.
- Click Disconnect on Stripe.
- Click Connect again and authorize the correct Stripe account.
