How to Import Products From Stripe

Before You Import

Stripe import pulls existing products + prices into BizStackPro so you don’t have to recreate items manually. Import is typically limited to LIVE-mode prices, and duplicate Stripe prices already present in BizStackPro won’t show up in the list.

• Connect Stripe: Payments → Integrations
• Import tool: Payments → Products → Import from Stripe
• Supported price types: One-time, metered, and recurring/subscription

Step 1: Ensure Stripe Is Connected

1. Go to Payments → Integrations.
2. Connect your Stripe account (follow the on-screen authorization steps).

Step 2: Import the Product and Price

1. Open Payments → Products.
2. Click Import from Stripe.
3. Select the Stripe product/price from the dropdown.
4. Click Import Product & Price.

Step 3: Review and Manage the Imported Item

After import, you’re typically redirected to the product details view where you can confirm everything looks right.

• Review: Name, description, and the imported price details.
• Add another price: Create additional prices if needed (e.g., monthly + annual).
• Note about syncing: Later edits made directly in Stripe don’t automatically sync back to BizStackPro.
• Delete with care: Deleting a product requires typing DELETE and can’t be undone.

Troubleshooting: If You Don’t See Your Price

• Confirm the Stripe price is created in LIVE mode (test prices won’t show).
• If the Stripe price was previously imported, it may be hidden to prevent duplicates.
• For updated pricing, create/import the updated price as a new item rather than expecting a sync.

Pro Tips

• Name clearly in Stripe: Descriptive product/price names make importing easier.
• Verify recurring details: Double-check interval, trial settings, and metered rules before using in checkout links.
• Keep a pricing log: If you change pricing often, track which Stripe prices were imported and when.
