Quick Answer
How does email verification work in Forms and Surveys?
Enable Validate Email on the Email field. The submitter then uses Verify Email to receive an OTP code, enters that code, and completes verification before the email is accepted as verified.
Collecting Accurate Email Data From the Start
Email addresses collected through forms and surveys are not always valid or usable.
BizStackPro lets you validate email addresses at submission time using a one-time password, or OTP.
When verification is enabled, the Email field includes a Verify Email action so the submitter can confirm access to the mailbox before the submission is accepted.
This helps reduce incorrect or fake email addresses and improves the quality of data used for follow-up and communication.
