Dashboard: Visitor Data Widgets

Track funnel performance, opt-ins, and appointment data using real-time visitor widgets inside your BizStackPro dashboard.

Tracking Funnel Performance Without Guessing What’s Working

You may be getting traffic, leads, or appointments, but it’s not always clear where results are coming from or how well your funnel is performing.

Visitor data widgets give you real-time visibility into views, opt-ins, and appointments so you can track performance at each stage.

Without this data, it’s harder to identify what needs improvement or what’s already working.

This guide will show you how to set up visitor tracking widgets so you can measure and improve your funnel performance.

Once you understand how visitor data widgets work, follow the steps below to add, configure, and analyze performance inside your BizStackPro dashboard.

Getting Started with Dashboard Setup

  1. Open your Dashboard: Navigate to your main dashboard area.
  2. Add a Dashboard: Click Add Dashboard.
  3. Choose a layout: Start with a template or select a blank dashboard.
  4. Add Visitor Data widgets: Click Add Widget and look for visitor/analytics metrics such as:
    • Unique Funnel Views
    • Total Funnel Views
    • Opt-Ins (total or by funnel)
    • Appointments (count / trend)
  5. Apply conditions: Use the Conditions area to target a specific funnel, website, or appointment type/status.
  6. Pick the visualization: Choose a numeric tile, line chart, bar chart, donut/pie, or table (where available).
  7. Save: Save the widget, then drag/resize it to fit your layout.

Tip: Name widgets clearly (example: Funnel A – Unique Views (7 days)) so your dashboard is easy to scan.

Unique Views vs Total Views

  • Unique views: Counts a visitor once (helps you measure reach).
  • Total views: Counts all visits, including repeat visits (helps you measure activity).

If your total views are high but opt-ins are low, you likely have a conversion issue (offer, copy, speed, or CTA). If unique views are low, you likely have a traffic issue.

Analyzing Funnel Performance

  • Funnel Views Trend: Track unique views over time (daily/weekly) to spot traffic spikes.
  • Top Funnels by Unique Views: Identify which funnels bring in the most visitors.
  • Top Funnels by Opt-Ins: See what’s converting—then replicate what’s working.
  • Appointments Trend: Useful for service funnels where the goal is booked calls.

Quick check: Compare Unique Views → Opt-Ins → Appointments as a simple funnel health score.

Tracking Confirmed Appointments Only

If your appointment widget includes cancellations/no-shows, filter it down to confirmed appointments to get a cleaner KPI.

  1. Edit the widget.
  2. Open Conditions.
  3. Add an Appointment Status (or similar) condition.
  4. Select Confirmed.
  5. Save the widget.

Finalizing Your Dashboard

  • Use a consistent date range: Example: last 7 days or last 30 days.
  • Rename widgets: Example: “Daily Views” or “Top Converting Funnel.”
  • Balance the layout: Put KPI tiles on top, trends in the middle, lists/tables at the bottom.
  • Test the filters: Make sure each widget is pulling the funnel/site you intend.
