Key Features of Dashboard Insights

• Clickable graphs: Click nodes, bars, or chart segments to drill into the underlying dataset.
• Record view: A detailed table view appears so you can review the exact records behind the datapoint.
• CSV export: Export the record table to CSV on supported widgets for reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.

How It Works

1. Open your dashboard and locate the widget you want to analyze.
2. Click a datapoint (bar, node, slice, etc.) inside the chart.
3. Review the record table to see which contacts/opportunities/appointments (etc.) are contributing to that number.
4. Export to CSV from the table view (supported widgets only) for deeper analysis.

• Export smaller slices when needed: Drill into a specific datapoint first, then export that record table.

Instant Dashboard Insights

From pages like Opportunities or Appointments, you can add widgets instantly to a dashboard using the Dashboard Insights option (when available).

1. Click the Dashboard Insights icon on the page.
2. Select the dashboard you want to add widgets to.
3. Confirm widget selections and click Confirm & Add.
4. View the widget immediately on-page or open your dashboard for full analysis.
