Create New Campaigns in Lead Finder

Build Industry, People, or Single campaigns in Lead Finder—then use tags and sources to keep searches organized and make outreach easier.

Setting Up Lead Searches So You Can Reuse Them Later

You may be running lead searches, but rebuilding the same filters every time can slow you down.

Lead Finder campaigns let you save your search setup so you can run it again without starting from scratch.

Without campaigns, your searches can become inconsistent and harder to organize over time.

This guide will show you how to create campaigns so your searches stay structured, repeatable, and easier to manage.

Once you understand how campaigns work, follow the steps below to create a new campaign, apply tags and sources, and organize your lead searches inside your BizStackPro setup.

What a Lead Finder Campaign Does

Campaigns help you save search setups so you can repeat them later without rebuilding filters from scratch. The two things you’ll use most are:

  • Tags: the labels/filters you apply to narrow results (industry, location, role, etc.).
  • Sources: saved groupings that help you track where leads came from (and reuse that setup later).

Follow along: Open Lead Finder → click New Campaign → choose a campaign type → add Tags and a Source → save.

Step 1: Create a New Campaign

  1. Click New Campaign in the left sidebar.
  2. Enter a clear Campaign Name.
  3. Select a campaign type:
    • Industry
    • People
    • Single
  4. Click Create.

Pro tip: Name campaigns the way you’ll search for them later (example: “HVAC – Dallas – Owners”).

Industry Campaign Settings

Industry campaigns are designed for searches based on business categories and related filters.

  1. Find your campaign in the sidebar and open Settings.
  2. Open Tags and add your filters (example: location, date, industry).
  3. Open Sources and assign a source name for this saved filter set.
  4. Click Save.

Note: You may also find pre-made industry campaigns from the Lead Finder search screen (when available) and customize from there.

People Campaign Settings

People campaigns are designed to find leads by job role or position.

  1. Create the campaign and choose People.
  2. Open Settings for the campaign.
  3. Add Tags that match roles (example: CEO, Owner, Marketing Manager).
  4. Create a Source label so you can reuse the same role-based search later.
  5. Click Save.

Single Campaign Settings

Single campaigns focus on one company—useful if you want to keep lead details organized around a specific brand.

  1. Create the campaign and choose Single.
  2. Open Settings for the campaign.
  3. Add a Tag (commonly the company name) for filtering and organization.
  4. Set a Source name to keep results grouped consistently.
  5. Click Save.

Why This Matters

  • Repeatability: Run the same search tomorrow without rebuilding filters.
  • Clean organization: Tags and sources keep results grouped and trackable.
  • Better follow-up: When you send leads to Contacts, your segmentation is already in place.

Want to organize lead searches like a pipeline?

Create campaigns, label sources, then push results into Contacts—so tags and workflows can do the follow-up work for you.
