View and manage subscriptions, invoices, and saved cards in one place—cancel plans, filter records, and keep billing organized directly from the Client Portal.
You may need to check a subscription, download an invoice, or update a payment method, but the information can feel scattered or unclear when it’s not all in one place.
Subscription management brings billing details, active plans, invoices, and saved payment methods into a single area where users can review and manage everything tied to their account.
When billing information isn’t centralized, it leads to confusion, missed updates, and unnecessary support requests just to handle routine account tasks.
This guide will show you how subscription management is structured so you can review plans, access invoices, manage payment methods, and understand how control is handled within the portal.
To start, it helps to understand what subscription management includes and how it organizes billing information.
Subscription Management is your billing hub inside the Client Portal. It gives customers a clear place to review plan status, download invoices, and manage payment methods—without needing to contact support.
Follow along: Open the Client Portal → profile icon → Manage your Account → Billing & Subscription.
If you don’t see it: An admin may have disabled access via app permissions.
On the Subscriptions view, you can see current and past subscriptions, verify status, and take action quickly.
Note: If the subscription is tied to a course or community, access is revoked immediately after cancellation is confirmed.
Use the Invoices tab to review billing history and download receipts for accounting or expense tracking.
The Cards section helps keep payment methods up to date so subscriptions don’t fail.
If you’re the portal owner/admin, you can control who can access Subscription Management. This is useful when multiple users share an account or when you want billing visible only to decision-makers.
Tip: If a user can’t find Billing & Subscription, check app permissions first before troubleshooting logins.
When subscriptions, invoices, and access live in one place, clients stay self-serve—and your support load drops.
Opens in a new tab.
Open Billing & Subscription, select the subscription, click Cancel, and confirm the action.
Yes—use the Invoices tab to view and download billing history.
Use the filters at the top (source, status, date range) to narrow the list.
Yes—admins can restrict Subscription Management using app permissions for specific users.
Access to the course or community is revoked immediately once cancellation is confirmed.
Subscription Management helps clients stay in control of billing—while you stay in control of who can access those settings.
Fewer billing questions. Cleaner experience.
