Track what your Conversations AI bots do behind the scenes using AI Action Logs and filters—so you can audit, troubleshoot, and improve automation with confidence.
You may be using AI to automate conversations, but it’s not always clear what actions the system is taking in the background.
AI Action Logs give you visibility into what your bots are doing—like triggering workflows, updating contacts, or stopping conversations.
Without this visibility, it can be difficult to troubleshoot issues or understand why certain actions happened.
This guide will show you how to track and filter AI actions so you can stay in control of your automation.
Once you understand how AI action tracking works, follow the sections below to view logs, filter activity, and audit conversations inside your BizStackPro account.
AI Action Logs are entries inside a conversation thread that show the actions performed by your Conversations AI bot(s). These logs make it easy to verify what the bot did, when it did it, and which AI Employee performed the action.
Good to know: These logs are intended for bots built with Conversations AI. Other bot types won’t show the same log behavior.
You’ll typically see log entries for actions like:
Pro tip: If something unexpected happened (wrong tag applied, wrong workflow fired), filter the thread and work backward from the most recent AI log entry.
If you see an appointment labeled “Conversations AI”, that indicates the appointment was automatically booked by a bot— which is useful for measuring bot-driven bookings and outcomes.
There isn’t an export feature for AI Action Logs yet. If you need to share or archive logs, use screenshots or copy details manually from the thread.
BizStackPro combines Conversations, workflows, and AI tools so you can automate client interactions while staying in control with logs and filtering.
