Import and continuously sync your WooCommerce contacts, orders, transactions, products, and collections—then automate follow-ups with Order and Payment triggers inside BizStackPro.
You may be running a WooCommerce store, but your customer, order, and product data may not be connected to your marketing system.
Integrating WooCommerce allows your store data to flow into BizStackPro so you can manage contacts, orders, and automations in one place.
Without this connection, follow-ups, reporting, and customer tracking can become fragmented or incomplete.
This guide will show you how to connect and sync your store so your data stays organized and ready for automation.
Once you understand how the WooCommerce integration works, follow the steps below to connect your store, import your data, and configure syncing inside your BizStackPro setup.
The WooCommerce integration pulls key store data into BizStackPro so you can manage marketing, follow-ups, and reporting from one place. You can choose what to import initially, and what continues syncing going forward.
Follow along: Connect WooCommerce → choose import elements → choose ongoing sync → verify one test order syncs → build an Order Submitted workflow.
Pro tip: Clean up your catalog first (publish what you want imported, set pricing, verify variants) before running your first sync.
https://yourstore.com (no trailing slash).Tip: If you manage multiple stores, double-check you’re connecting the correct domain before confirming permissions.
On the Import Elements screen, choose what to import into BizStackPro during the initial connection:
Next, choose what should continue syncing after the import. This lets you keep only the pieces you need up to date.
Note: Large stores may take time to import and finish syncing. After you click Save, allow time for the first sync to complete.
Workflow idea: Trigger Order Submitted → send confirmation email/SMS → apply “Customer” tag → start post-purchase nurture.
If authentication errors occur (401, 403, or 404), the integration enters a reconnect state and you’ll receive an email with steps to reconnect and restore syncing.
Pro tip: If you recently changed site URLs, security plugins, API permissions, or WordPress roles, reconnecting usually resolves the issue.
With BizStackPro, store data powers automation—send confirmations, upsells, review requests, and post-purchase sequences without extra tools.
