WooCommerce Integration for E-commerce Stores

Import and continuously sync your WooCommerce contacts, orders, transactions, products, and collections—then automate follow-ups with Order and Payment triggers inside BizStackPro.

Keeping Your Store Data Connected Without Manual Work

You may be running a WooCommerce store, but your customer, order, and product data may not be connected to your marketing system.

Integrating WooCommerce allows your store data to flow into BizStackPro so you can manage contacts, orders, and automations in one place.

Without this connection, follow-ups, reporting, and customer tracking can become fragmented or incomplete.

This guide will show you how to connect and sync your store so your data stays organized and ready for automation.

Once you understand how the WooCommerce integration works, follow the steps below to connect your store, import your data, and configure syncing inside your BizStackPro setup.

What the WooCommerce Integration Does

The WooCommerce integration pulls key store data into BizStackPro so you can manage marketing, follow-ups, and reporting from one place. You can choose what to import initially, and what continues syncing going forward.

  • Import + sync: Contacts, Orders, Transactions, Products, and Collections
  • Automations: Use Order Submitted and Payment Received triggers in workflows
  • Granular controls: Toggle specific sync elements on/off any time
  • Guest checkout support: Guest orders still create contacts so no buyer is missed

Follow along: Connect WooCommerce → choose import elements → choose ongoing sync → verify one test order syncs → build an Order Submitted workflow.

Before You Begin

  • WooCommerce is the source of truth: Product and category data should be managed in WooCommerce first.
  • Imported product types: Only Simple and Variable products are imported.
  • Skipped items: Products with zero price or (for variable products) no variants are excluded.
  • Published only: Only published products are imported.
  • Categories/collections: Only categories associated with products are imported.
  • Deletions don’t sync back: Deleting products/categories in WooCommerce does not delete them in BizStackPro.

Pro tip: Clean up your catalog first (publish what you want imported, set pricing, verify variants) before running your first sync.

Connect Your WooCommerce Store

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Enter your store URL in the format https://yourstore.com (no trailing slash).
  4. Approve the requested permissions in WooCommerce.

Tip: If you manage multiple stores, double-check you’re connecting the correct domain before confirming permissions.

Select Data to Import

On the Import Elements screen, choose what to import into BizStackPro during the initial connection:

  • Contacts
  • Orders
  • Transactions
  • Products
  • Collections (Categories)

Configure Ongoing Sync

Next, choose what should continue syncing after the import. This lets you keep only the pieces you need up to date.

  • Contacts
  • Orders
  • Transactions
  • Payment Received trigger events
  • Products
  • Collections

Note: Large stores may take time to import and finish syncing. After you click Save, allow time for the first sync to complete.

Order Status Mapping & Behavior

  • Completed or RefundedCompleted in BizStackPro
  • Cancelled or FailedCancelled in BizStackPro
  • All other statusesPending in BizStackPro
  • If Contact sync is off but Order sync is on, contacts are still created for orders.
  • Guest orders create contacts, but those contacts do not continue syncing with future updates.

Workflow idea: Trigger Order Submitted → send confirmation email/SMS → apply “Customer” tag → start post-purchase nurture.

Manage Sync Settings & Reimport Data

  • Return to the WooCommerce integration settings anytime to enable/disable specific sync elements.
  • If you missed something during the first import, disconnect and reconnect to start a fresh import.
  • Product and category deletions in WooCommerce are not synced back into BizStackPro.

Error Handling (401 / 403 / 404)

If authentication errors occur (401, 403, or 404), the integration enters a reconnect state and you’ll receive an email with steps to reconnect and restore syncing.

Pro tip: If you recently changed site URLs, security plugins, API permissions, or WordPress roles, reconnecting usually resolves the issue.

Want WooCommerce orders to trigger follow-ups automatically?

With BizStackPro, store data powers automation—send confirmations, upsells, review requests, and post-purchase sequences without extra tools.
