How to Add a Video Preview
- Open your email Template or Campaign in the Email Builder.
- Drag the Video element into your email layout.
- Select the video source type: YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or HTML5.
- Paste your video URL into the source field.
- Confirm the thumbnail preview loads, then Save your template/campaign.
Tip: If you want a specific image, upload a custom thumbnail and link it to the same video URL. This is useful when auto-thumbnails don’t match the exact frame you want.
