Apply user-level filters to BizStackPro dashboards for a personalized data view—without changing the dashboard layout or needing edit access.
You may be using a shared dashboard, but not all data is relevant to your specific role or focus.
Quick Filters let you adjust what you see—like users, dates, or statuses—without changing the dashboard for everyone else.
Without this flexibility, dashboards can feel cluttered or harder to use for individual tasks.
This guide will show you how to use Quick Filters so you can personalize your view while keeping the dashboard structure intact.
Once you understand how Quick Filters work, follow the steps below to apply filters, refine your data view, and analyze performance inside your BizStackPro dashboard.
Quick win: Add a Quick Filter for Owner/Assigned User so each rep can view the same dashboard through their own workload lens.
Note: Users with edit (or full) access can create Quick Filters. View-only users can still apply the filters that already exist.
Important: Quick Filters affect only your view and only impact widgets that share the same data source as the selected filter property.
Quick Filters work alongside widget-level filters using AND logic. That means both must be true for data to display.
Example: If a widget is filtered to show Confirmed appointments, and your Quick Filter is set to Cancelled, you may see no results because the filters conflict.
Quick Filters give you a personalized, efficient way to explore your business data inside BizStackPro—without changing the dashboard for everyone else.

No. Quick Filters and widget filters work together using AND logic—Quick Filters refine the results but do not replace widget settings.
Only on widgets that share the same data source as the filter property. If the data source doesn’t match, that widget won’t change.
Quick Filters keep shared dashboards clean and consistent—while letting each user zoom in on the exact data they need to take action.
Cleaner dashboards. Faster decisions.
