Mapping Facebook Form Fields

Ensure your Facebook lead ad fields map correctly into BizStackPro so every lead synchronizes cleanly and important information is not lost.

Quick Answer

Connect your page before mapping its form fields

Connect your Facebook Page under Settings → Integrations. Then open Facebook Form Fields Mapping, select the lead form, map each Facebook field to the correct BizStackPro field, and confirm the mappings.

Making Sure Your Leads Arrive Complete and Usable

You may be collecting leads through Facebook, but when fields are not mapped correctly, important information can be misplaced or missing.

Field mapping ensures that each answer submitted through your Facebook lead form is stored in the correct location inside BizStackPro.

Without proper mapping, contact records may be incomplete and your automations or follow-up processes may not work as expected.

This guide explains how to connect your Facebook Page, map its forms, and confirm that lead information flows into BizStackPro correctly.

Why this matters: Accurate field mapping gives your workflows and team members the information they need to process and follow up with each new lead.

Before You Begin

Prepare the Facebook Page, lead form, and destination fields before configuring the mapping.

  • Confirm that the correct Facebook Page is connected to BizStackPro.
  • Identify the Facebook lead form you want to configure.
  • Review every question and field included in the lead form.
  • Create any required custom fields in BizStackPro before attempting to map them.
  • Decide where each Facebook form answer should be stored.

Step 1: Integrate Your Facebook Page

Your Facebook Page must be connected to BizStackPro before its lead form fields can be mapped properly.

1. Open Integrations

In BizStackPro, go to Settings → Integrations.

2. Connect the Facebook Page

Complete the Facebook connection using the account and page associated with the lead form.

Important: The field-mapping screens may load without a completed page connection, but the Facebook forms may not populate correctly.

Step 2: Open Facebook Form Fields Mapping

Locate the lead form whose responses you want to synchronize with BizStackPro.

1. Open Facebook Form Fields Mapping

Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Form Fields Mapping .

2. Locate the lead form

Find the Facebook lead form you want to configure.

3. Open its mappings

Select Map Fields beside the form.

Tip: A warning indicator beside a form usually means that the form contains fields that have not been mapped.

Step 3: Map Fields Correctly

The mapping screen displays the Facebook fields on the left and the corresponding BizStackPro destination fields on the right.

BizStackPro often maps standard fields such as First Name, Last Name, and Email automatically.

1. Review the automatic mappings

Check that each standard Facebook field is connected to the correct BizStackPro field.

2. Correct non-standard fields

If a field uses unusual capitalization or a custom label, select the correct BizStackPro destination field from the dropdown.

3. Map custom information

To store an answer in a custom field, create that field in BizStackPro first. It will then become available as a mapping destination.

4. Save the mappings

After reviewing every field, select Confirm to save the configuration.

Best practice: Map every field you need before launching a new ad set so early leads do not arrive with incomplete information.

Best Practices

Map fields before launching

Configure the mappings for new campaigns before leads begin submitting the form.

Create custom fields first

A custom destination field must exist in BizStackPro before you can select it during mapping.

Use consistent field names

Consistent naming across Facebook forms reduces manual mapping work and makes configurations easier to review.

Recheck updated or cloned forms

When you update or clone a Facebook form, review the mappings for the resulting form before using it.
