Track canceled and deleted appointments, review notes, and keep an audit trail—right inside the Conversations module in BizStackPro.
You may have appointments being canceled or deleted, but keeping track of what happened and what to do next can get confusing.
Appointment activity inside Conversations lets you see updates, review details, and take action without switching between tools.
Without this visibility, follow-ups can be missed and important context can get lost.
This guide will show you how to manage appointment activity so you can stay organized and respond quickly.
Once you understand how appointment activity works, follow the steps below to review changes, add notes, and manage follow-ups inside your BizStackPro conversations.
Appointment activity can appear directly in the conversation thread, so you can review what happened (canceled, deleted, rescheduled) without jumping between modules.
Follow along: Open Conversations → select a contact → switch the center panel view to Activity to see appointment entries.
Pro tip: After a cancellation, add a short note like “Left voicemail” or “Sent reschedule link” so the next person has context instantly.
Important: Deleted appointments can be viewed for record purposes, but they cannot be edited.
BizStackPro keeps appointment activity, notes, and conversations together—so your next step is always clear.
