This guide will show you how to connect everything so customers can go from search to scheduled appointment in just a few clicks.

Once you understand how this integration works, follow the steps below to connect your accounts, configure your calendar, and manage bookings inside your BizStackPro setup.

Local Services Ads (LSA) and Reserve with Google work together to surface your business in high-intent searches and let customers book without leaving Google. Once connected, bookings sync into your BizStackPro calendar so your team can manage everything centrally.

Outcome: More visibility + fewer steps at checkout = more confirmed appointments.

Before You Begin

You need an active Local Services Ads (LSA) account.
Common supported subcategories include Home Services, Real Estate, and Legal Services.
Reserve with Google is available in the United States only.
Payments are not supported through Reserve with Google (even if “Accept Payment” is enabled in the calendar).
Make sure Company Name and Address in Settings → Business Profile match your LSA account exactly.

Most common issue: “Not Matched” almost always comes from a name/address mismatch.

Set Up the Integration

Configure the calendar: In calendar settings, select (or create) the calendar you want to receive bookings on.
Enable Reserve with Google: Turn it on and set your Service Category, Service Type, and Estimated Price.
Start integration: Return to Settings → Integrations and click Start Integration → Proceed.
Link the right Google account: A Google sign-in opens—log in with the account that owns the business.
Monitor status: Verification is often pending up to 48 hours. If you see Not Matched, fix name/address and repeat the integration.
