Connect your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) with BizStackPro to manage visibility, reviews, messages, and insights in one dashboard.
You may have a business online, but local customers often rely on Google Search and Maps to decide who to contact.
Your Google Business Profile controls how your business appears in those results, including reviews, location details, and updates.
Without proper setup and management, your visibility can be limited or your information may become outdated.
This guide will show you how to connect your profile so you can manage visibility, reviews, and customer interactions from one place.
Once you understand how Google Business Profile integration works, follow the steps below to connect your account, manage your listings, and improve your local visibility inside your BizStackPro setup.
Google Business Profile is one of the most important tools for local visibility. When connected to BizStackPro, you can manage key actions without bouncing between dashboards.
Follow along: Verify/claim your GBP listing → connect it in BizStackPro → choose what you want to manage (reviews/messages) → confirm the correct Pages are selected.
Make sure you have the correct access level (Owner or Manager) to complete the integration successfully.
Tip: If your listing is “owned” by someone else, you’ll need to request ownership through Google before BizStackPro can access and manage it.
If you manage multiple locations, you may need to select a group of Pages (or choose Pages individually) during setup.
Example: If you have three locations, connect all three and use tags/pipelines to route reviews and messages to the right team member or location owner.
Best practice: Create a simple “review response” workflow so every new review gets a fast response and internal notification.
Manage reviews, messages, and insights in one place—then use automation to follow up faster and keep your reputation strong.
