How to Use Call Tracking Widgets in Dashboard

Monitor call volumes, durations, and attendee performance directly within your BizStackPro dashboard using powerful call tracking widgets.

Understanding Call Performance Without Digging Through Logs

You may be handling calls regularly, but seeing patterns in volume, duration, or performance isn’t always easy from raw data.

Call tracking widgets give you a clear view of call activity so you can monitor trends and team performance in one place.

Without this visibility, it’s harder to identify missed calls, workload imbalances, or opportunities to improve follow-up.

This guide will show you how to use call tracking widgets so you can track performance and make better decisions faster.

Once you understand how call tracking widgets work, follow the steps below to set up dashboards, configure widgets, and monitor call activity inside your BizStackPro account.

What Call Tracking Widgets Do

Call tracking widgets help you understand how calls are being handled across your team—so you can spot trends, improve follow-up speed, and measure performance without digging through reports.

Quick win: Start with a Call Status widget and a Call Duration widget. Those two give you a fast “volume + quality” snapshot.

Setting Up a Call Tracking Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard section from your main navigation.
  2. Create a new dashboard using one of these options:
    • Blank Dashboard — start from scratch
    • Template Library — use a preset layout
    • Clone Existing Dashboard — reuse and modify a dashboard you already like
  3. Set visibility/privacy (private or shared with sub-accounts, based on your setup).
  4. Click Confirm (or the final save/create option) to create the dashboard.

Follow along: Dashboard → Add Dashboard → choose Blank / Template / Clone → set visibility → Confirm.

Adding and Configuring Call Widgets

  1. Click the pencil icon or Edit Dashboard.
  2. Select Add Widget.
  3. Choose the Calls (Call Tracking) category.
  4. Select the widget you want to add.
  5. Configure options like:
    • Date range: Today, This Week, Last Month, Custom, etc.
    • Chart type: Line, Donut, Bar, Horizontal Bar (depending on widget)
    • Sorting / entries: Top performers, most calls, longest duration, and so on
    • Filters: Incoming vs outgoing, attendee/user, status, and other supported filters

Tip: If you manage a team, build one dashboard filtered to “All users,” then duplicate it and filter each copy to a specific rep for 1:1 coaching.

Common Call Widget Types

  • Incoming/Outgoing Call Status: Total call counts grouped by status.
  • Duration Tracking: Total and/or average duration by call direction.
  • Call Attendee Metrics: Stats grouped by team member (attendee).
  • First-Time Caller Metrics: Count and duration of first-time calls by status and attendee.

Recommended stack: Call Status + Call Duration + Attendee Metrics. That combo shows volume, quality, and accountability in one view.

Why This Matters

  • Performance monitoring: Identify trends in call traffic and durations over time.
  • Team analytics: Compare call stats per user to identify top performers and training needs.
  • Client service optimization: Improve call handling and balance workload across the team.
  • Better follow-up: Track missed calls and tighten response time.
