You may be trying to select a Facebook Page, but it’s not showing up in your BizStackPro settings.
This usually happens when permissions or page selections weren’t fully approved during the original connection.
Without the correct permissions, BizStackPro cannot access or display your Pages—even if they exist in your Facebook account.
This guide will show you how to update your permissions and page selections so your Pages appear and stay connected properly.
Once you understand how Facebook permissions affect visibility, follow the steps below to update your settings, reselect Pages, and reconnect them inside your BizStackPro setup.
Why Pages Go Missing in BizStackPro
When your Facebook permissions change (or not all toggles/pages were approved during setup), BizStackPro may not be allowed to display or connect the Pages you expect.
- Permissions not fully granted during the original connection
- Page access changed (roles/admin access updated inside Facebook)
- Pages not selected in the Facebook app integration settings
Quick rule: If you can’t see a Page in BizStackPro, fix the Facebook app permissions first — then reconnect inside BizStackPro.
Step 1: Update Page Selection & Permissions in Facebook
You’ll review the app permissions and re-select Pages so BizStackPro can access them.
- Open Facebook Settings: Log into Facebook → click your profile avatar → choose Settings & Privacy.
- Go to Business Integrations: Open Settings → Business Integrations.
- Edit the app: Find the BizStackPro app → click View and Edit to review access.
- Turn on toggles: Enable all available toggles so the app has full access to what it needs.
- Select Pages: Check the boxes for the Pages you want to integrate.
- Save changes: Click Save to apply updates.
Important: If some Pages are already selected, do not deselect them. Deselecting can break the integration for other accounts/locations that rely on that connection.
Step 2: Reconnect / Select the Page in BizStackPro
After updating Facebook settings, return to BizStackPro and select the Page again.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook.
- Use the Choose a Facebook Page dropdown and select the correct Page.
- Click Connect Page to finalize.
Note: Only the person who originally integrated Facebook (and who has admin access) may see certain Pages in the dropdown.
