BizStackPro Communities Help Guide

How to Schedule Social Post in Communities

Learn how to plan and schedule community posts with BizStackPro Social Planner so your groups can stay active even when you are offline.

Quick Answer

How do you schedule a post in a BizStackPro community?

Open Marketing → Social Planner, connect your community groups under Settings → Communities, open the Post Composer, select the groups and channels, add your post content and media, choose who will publish the post, set the date and time, and click Schedule.

What Community Post Scheduling Does

Scheduled posting allows you to prepare community content in advance and choose when it should be published.

Instead of manually posting every day, you can plan discussions, announcements, prompts, and educational content ahead of time.

BizStackPro Social Planner provides one place to create, schedule, review, and update posts for connected community groups and channels.

Scheduling supports consistency

A planned publishing schedule can help keep your community active without requiring you to be available every time a post needs to go live.
