When enabled, the widget appears on your site. After a visitor submits the widget form, BizStackPro redirects them to WhatsApp (web or mobile app) with a pre-filled message to the WhatsApp number you selected.
- Use the widget code on an external site or enable the widget inside Funnel/Website settings.
- Visitors submit the widget form and are redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
- You’ll see a notification in Conversations so you can follow up quickly.
Prerequisite: WhatsApp must be enabled in your account and a number added under Settings → WhatsApp.
Enable WhatsApp on the Chat Widget
- Go to Sites in BizStackPro.
- Open Chat Widget (top of the page) and click New.
- Under Chat Type, select WhatsApp Chat.
- Customize the widget window (text, colors, branding, and form fields).
- Click Save.
Follow along: Keep your form fields minimal (name + message is often enough) to reduce friction and increase starts.
Choose the WhatsApp Number
- Inside the same Chat Widget, scroll to the Widget Window section.
- Select the WhatsApp Number that should receive messages.
- Click Save.
Tip: If you manage multiple numbers, double-check the selected number before publishing so leads route correctly.
Publish and Test the Widget
- Embed the widget code on your site header (external host), or toggle it on inside your Funnel/Website settings.
- Open the page and submit the widget form.
- Confirm the redirect opens WhatsApp (web/app) and includes a pre-filled message.
Best practice: Test on both desktop and mobile. Desktop should open WhatsApp Web; mobile should open the WhatsApp app.
