Content AI in the Email Builder

Overview

Content AI is built into BizStackPro’s Email Builder so you can draft email content faster, generate multiple variations, and refine copy without leaving the editor. You can use it to create sections of an email (or an entire email), generate subject lines, and quickly rewrite existing text for clarity and impact.

Generate New Email Content

1. Go to Marketing → Emails and open a campaign or template.
2. Add a new text element (or click into an existing text block).
3. Click the Content AI option in the editor.
4. Choose a context (Promotional, Newsletter, Testimonial, Outreach, etc.).
5. Add a title/description, keywords, tone, length, and number of variations.
6. Click Generate, then insert the variation you want.

Generate Subject Lines

You can also use Content AI while sending or scheduling to generate subject line options that fit your offer and tone.

1. Open the Send / Schedule screen for your campaign.
2. Click the Content AI option near the subject line field.
3. Add a short description (goal + offer + audience), choose tone, and set variations.
4. Generate options and pick your favorite.

Edit Existing Text

Content AI can rewrite and improve content you’ve already written—without changing your intent.

Brand Voice Support

If Brand Voice is enabled, Content AI can apply a consistent style across your emails. Select a saved Brand Voice (or set a default) so your campaigns stay aligned with your brand tone and messaging.
