Track and prioritize leads based on how they interact with your business using BizStackPro’s point-based Contact Engagement Score.
You may have a growing list of contacts, but it’s not always clear who is most engaged or ready to take action.
Engagement scoring assigns points based on how contacts interact with your business, helping you prioritize follow-ups.
Without a scoring system, all contacts can feel equal—even when some are far more likely to convert.
This guide will show you how to use engagement scores so you can focus on the right contacts at the right time.
Once you understand how engagement scoring works, follow the steps below to set up rules, track activity, and use scores to drive smarter automation inside your BizStackPro account.
Engagement scoring assigns points to contact actions (like opening emails, booking appointments, submitting forms, or making payments). The higher the score, the more engaged the contact is — which helps you decide who to follow up with first.
Best practice: Use scoring to create simple “hot / warm / cold” lead buckets, then trigger follow-ups automatically using workflows.
Note: The engagement score typically appears after you publish a score profile in Settings → Manage Scoring.
You control the point values using scoring rules. Common examples include:
Important: Engagement scores do not automatically “decay” over time. If you want scores to drop for inactivity, build a timed workflow to subtract points.
Simple starting thresholds:
Cold: 0–9 • Warm: 10–29 • Hot: 30+
BizStackPro lets you combine scoring, conversations, and workflows so your best leads get faster responses and better offers automatically.

You can view it in the contact record and, in many setups, in the conversation details panel.

Engagement scoring helps you stop guessing and start prioritizing. Combine scores with workflows to trigger the right message at the right time.
Score smarter. Follow up faster.
