Connect your Outlook account to BizStackPro to send, receive, and log emails seamlessly with full privacy controls and attachment support.

Setup Steps

Go to Settings → Profile → Email (2-way sync).
Select Outlook and click Connect.
Sign in to Outlook and grant required permissions.
Update your email ID if you wish to switch accounts without disconnecting.

How It Works

Initiate Sync: Send the first email from BizStackPro to establish syncing.
Thread Syncing: Once synced, emails in the thread will sync automatically.
Bulk Emails: Use the From field to set sender domain; defaults to account-level provider if blank.
Workflows: Automated emails will still send from account-level providers.

Enhanced Privacy

Only emails involving non-system users sync with BizStackPro, preventing private emails between internal team members from being logged.

Attachment Support

Inbound attachments up to 25MB are logged automatically.
Reply emails now support attachments up to 25MB (previously limited to 5MB).
Outbound attachments from personal inboxes are logged up to 25MB.

Note: If sync is disconnected, emails stop syncing until reconnected. Attachments larger than 25MB won’t sync.
