Connect Gmail to BizStackPro so messages stay connected to the right contact record—making it easier to track replies, keep threads organized, and maintain a clean communication history.
You may be sending emails from different places, but keeping everything connected to the right contact can get messy.
Gmail 2-way sync links your inbox with BizStackPro so emails and replies stay tied to your contact records.
Without syncing, conversations can become scattered across platforms and harder to track.
This guide will show you how to connect Gmail so your email history stays organized automatically.
Once you understand how Gmail 2-way sync works, follow the steps below to connect your account and keep your conversations aligned inside your BizStackPro account.
Connect your Gmail account from your profile settings to enable two-way syncing.
Tip: If the connection fails, re-run the connection flow and make sure pop-ups aren’t blocked in your browser.
Pro tip: Keep your subject lines consistent (avoid changing subjects mid-thread) to improve threading accuracy across platforms.
If you sometimes send emails directly from Gmail, you can use the Auto BCC address (shown in Settings → My Profile) to log messages in BizStackPro and keep future replies synced.
Note: Gmail may show a “Delivery incomplete” message when BCC logging is used, but messages can still be recorded in the CRM.
Good to know: Disconnecting won’t delete your past conversations—only stops new syncing.
Two-way sync keeps your team aligned, your follow-ups tracked, and your conversations easy to find—without copying and pasting.
Opens in a new tab.
Go to Settings → My Profile → Email (2-way sync), choose Gmail Two Sync, then complete the Google connection flow.
Yes. Outbound emails can appear in Gmail Sent, and inbound replies can sync back into BizStackPro Conversations.
Gmail daily limits may apply to individual emails sent via 2-way sync. Bulk emails and workflows are typically handled differently.
Previously synced emails remain, but new emails will stop syncing after disconnection.
When Gmail is connected, your email activity can stay attached to the contact record—so your CRM becomes the source of truth for follow-ups and client history.
Better tracking. Cleaner follow-up.
