Zoom Integration – BizStackPro Help

Zoom Integration

Automatically generate Zoom meeting links inside supported BizStackPro calendars—so every booking includes a ready-to-join video link without manual setup.

Making Every Booking Automatically Include a Meeting Link

You may be scheduling appointments, but creating and sending meeting links manually can slow things down.

Connecting Zoom allows meeting links to be generated automatically when a booking is created.

Without this setup, you may need to manually create links or risk missing them in confirmations.

This guide will show you how to connect Zoom so every appointment includes a ready-to-use meeting link.

Once you understand how Zoom integration works, follow the steps below to connect your account, configure your calendar, and automatically include meeting links inside your BizStackPro setup.

Overview

Once connected, BizStackPro can generate Zoom meeting links automatically for new bookings in supported calendar types. This keeps invites consistent, reduces manual steps, and ensures each meeting has a join link ready to go.

Follow along: Connect Zoom → set Zoom as Meeting Location in your calendar → book a test appointment → confirm the booking shows a Zoom link.

Prerequisites

  • A Zoom account (login credentials available).
  • Access to the BizStackPro subaccount and calendars you want to enable Zoom for.
  • A calendar type that supports dynamic Zoom links (see supported types below).

How to Connect Your Zoom Account

  1. Go to Calendars → Calendar Settings → Connections.
  2. Open the Video Conferencing tab.
  3. Click Add New and select Zoom, then choose Connect.
  4. Sign in to Zoom and approve the requested access.
  5. Return to BizStackPro and confirm the Zoom connection shows as active.

Tip: If you don’t see Zoom options, make sure you’re editing the correct subaccount and you have permissions to manage calendar connections.

How to Add Zoom Links to a Calendar

  1. Confirm your Zoom integration is connected in Calendar Settings → Connections.
  2. Open the calendar you want to update and edit its settings.
  3. Scroll to Meeting Location (typically under team member settings).
  4. Select Zoom as the meeting location.
  5. Click Save.

Important: Dynamic Zoom links are supported only for Round Robin and Collective calendars.

Supported Calendars & Workarounds

Dynamic Zoom Links (Auto-generated)

  • Round Robin calendars
  • Collective calendars

Other Calendar Types (Use a Static Link)

For Event and Class Booking calendars, create a Zoom meeting manually inside Zoom and paste the link as a static meeting location (custom location).

Limitations

  • One Zoom account per subaccount: You can connect only one Zoom account at a time.
  • Dynamic links are limited: Auto-generated Zoom links work for Round Robin and Collective calendars only.
  • Static links elsewhere: For other calendar types, use a manually created Zoom link.

Want bookings to feel effortless for you and your clients?
